Booking: Saturday to Saturday
A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to reserve your desired travel dates.
For cancellations up to 60 days before the planned arrival date, 0% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the planned arrival date, 70% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For cancellations up to 29 days before the planned arrival date, 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 80% from the total reservation price will be charged 30 days before arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 60 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 60 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 70% of the deposit amount.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 500,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
