The rustic villa is located in the village of Grandići, near Barban. Picturesque hills, stone houses built in the typical Istrian style, olive groves, and vineyards make this area perfect for spending your holiday and enjoying the untouched nature of Istria.
With an area of 200 m², this fully air-conditioned villa provides accommodation for 8 people on a total plot of 600 m². The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds, while the third has 2 single beds joined together. It also includes 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.
A unique feature of this villa is its 2 charming and fully equipped kitchens: one located on the upper floor within the apartment and the other in the wine cellar, known as the "Konoba," which invites you to relax and enjoy. Dining rooms are also available, one on the upper floor and the other in the Konoba.
You can fully relax on the sun loungers or enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool, with guaranteed privacy. The villa is completely enclosed by hedges and trees, ensuring protection from prying eyes at all times.
Two private parking spaces are at your disposal.
Pets are allowed (10 euros per day).

Cancellation policy
If the guest cancels the reservation in the period of 60-30 days before the start date of the booked period, the agency reserves the right to collect receivables of 20% of the total amount of the reservation.
If the guest cancels the reservation in the period of 29-0 days before the start date of the booked period, the agency reserves the right to collect receivables of 100% of the total amount of the reservation
Calendar
Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 80% from the total reservation price will be charged 30 days before arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 60 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 60 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 70% of the deposit amount.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 500,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
