To confirm the booking, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required.
For cancellations made up to 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
For cancellations made within 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, 70% of the deposit paid to confirm the booking will be retained as a cancellation fee.
For cancellations made within 29 days before the scheduled arrival date, the entire deposit paid to confirm the booking will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 80% from the total reservation price will be charged 30 days before arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 60 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 60 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 70% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 1.000,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
